• AAA Executive Board meets to select AAA Award recipients, reviews Annual Reports and AAA Audit Report and sets budget priorities for next fiscal year

• AAA Secretary certifies association election results
• AAA Candidates and Section Presidents are notified of ballot results
• 15 - Applicants for Minority fellowship are notified.
• Section leadership should notify Section candidates of ballot results
• 29 - Section treasurer or president submits the next fiscal years budget to AAA

• Budgets are thoroughly reviewed and adjusted, as necessary to reflect the latest financial data available
• 15 - Deadline for submissions to September AN
• AAA Executive Program Committee meets to determine program for next year’s Annual Meeting
• 31 - adjusted budgets are forwarded to Section treasurer for review

• 15 - Deadline for submissions to October AN
• 31 - After approval by the Section officers, Sections resubmit budgets where necessary to AAA offices.
• Pre-registration for Annual Meeting begins

• Staff reviews all budgets and makes recommendations to the Finance Committee

• Nominations Committee meets to recommend candidates for AAA open positions for spring ballot

• AAA Annual Meeting is held
• Section leadership should make their decisions regarding candidates for Section open positions for the spring ballot
