We’ve made some exciting changes to our program to highlight the Annual Exhibition. In 2012 we’ll be hosting the Opening Reception on Thursday evening in the Exhibition Hall. This is your opportunity to interact with attendees during evening hours; outside of their scholarly program demands. The change to our usual Thursday program will increase your visibility and networking opportunity with our attendees. Exhibitors have the option of becoming an Opening Reception Supporter and pre-purchasing drink tickets, to be handed out at your booth, which can be redeemed during the Opening Reception. Supporters receive recognition in the Meeting Program, at their booth and on signage throughout the Hall during the Reception.
