What Your Booth Includes/Rules and Regulations

What Your Booth Fee Includes

  • Booth space measuring 10' wide by 10' deep
  • Three complimentary Annual Meeting Registrations per exhibitor (a $990 value)
  • Exhibitor listing in the Final Program (with a 25 – word description of your product or service)
  • 10’ x 10’ exhibitor identification sign

Top 5 Rules and Regulations
(Please see "Exhibit Space Application and Contract" for Complete information)

  • Exhibitors must always have their booths staffed by at least one representative
  • Exhibitors may not play music in the Exhibit Hall
  • Exhibitors social functions must not conflict with scheduled AAA activities
  • Exhibitors must keep their exhibit space in good order
  • Exhibitors must use GES Exposition Services to ship materials and decorate booths

August 1, 2008 - Exhibit space application and signed contract due
August 1, 2008- Full payment for exhibit booth space due 
August 1, 2008 - Insertion orders due for advertising in Final Program
August 1, 2008 - Artwork due for advertising in Final Program
August 29, 2008 - Last day to have name of exhibitors manning booth and product descriptions due
September 2008 - Reservations for Housing available
September 2008 - Exhibitor kits mailed out
November 19, 2008- Exhibitor badge pick up and booth set-up
November 19 - 23, 2008 - 107th AAA Annual Meeting & Exhibition
