Broadly, topics may include, among others: recent/current litigation; IP systems; IP instruments; IP management training programs; sui generis models; cultural tourism; cultural policymaking; Indigenous property systems, protocols, and customary law; digital recording, documentation, and publication; databases and archiving; access systems; Indigenous activism and community-based initiatives; bio-prospecting; prior informed consent, just compensation, and benefit-sharing; Indigenous arts and crafts; Indigenous rights; soft law, conventions, and non-legal instruments.
